Here we are: Ella and Marta.

 

This is our 4th year support to Susan G. Komen and participation in the Puget Sound Race for the Cure.

 

Our involvement started with a service project assigned by the Elementary School 2nd grade teachers to make a difference in our community and then present a summary of their project to our class.

As part of this project, we hosted their first Bake for the Cure bake sale and registered for our first Race for the Cure to honor our family members who have been impacted by breast cancer.

 

Each year since, we have gathered friends and family to put on their pink tutus and walk together during the Race for the Cure.

 

We have many bake sales scheduled to date and with this web site we  plan to expand our reach in the hopes of raising $10,000.
